Friends of Shaw Building Group gather for annual Carers ACT Charity Bowls Day

On Friday 22 March, Shaw Building Group hosted our annual Carers ACT Charity Bowls Day.

We got together with friends in our industry and wider community at Tuggeranong Vikings for a day of lawn bowls to raise much-needed funds for the incredible team over at Carers ACT.

This year’s theme was Broadway – and it’s safe to say guests didn’t shy away from getting their razzle dazzle on for the great cause!

We’re thrilled to have raised over $135,000 on the day, which will all go towards the work that Carers ACT does to support unpaid and volunteer carers here in the Canberra region.

They are the voice for carers in the ACT and provide both emotional and practical support to all unpaid carers.
