Valerie Residences is a medium density residential development completed by Shaw Building Group in Dickson. It consists of four 3-bedroom townhouses and utilises the siting and orientation of the block to maximise natural light into each home as well as providing ample private outdoor space for each of the residents.

HIGHLIGHTS
The development received an average Energy Efficiency Rating (EER) of 7.1 exceeding the new requirements of the National Construction Code to be implemented in 2024. This was achieved through a practical selection of materials and thoughtful architectural design. The project was wholly developed, designed and built by Shaw Building Group.
