Shaw Building Group unveils restoration of iconic Red Hill site with opening of Lunetta Restaurant

Shaw Building are proud to have recently completed the restoration of the iconic Red Hill restaurant site, now open as Lunetta Restaurant and Trattoria.

The restoration required meticulous planning and collaboration to include two new restaurants in the existing building.

The restoration included upgrading of critical infrastructure within a nature reserve to increase the electrical supply to the building, structural modification to suit the new internal fit-outs, and enhancement of the existing façade to bring life back into the building.

With a range of high-end finishes being installed, the attention to detail by the project team was impeccable.
