About Ben —
Ben joined Shaw Building Group in 2015 and is a well organised Project Manager with excellent design and planning management skills. He is a proactive communicator and understands how to work with clients to achieve end user objectives, and mobilise his project team to do this effectively.
Ben’s project management skills have been honed working on complex projects. His recent projects have required extensive design and planning management skills, and detailed stakeholder engagement due to the complexities of working in operational and highly secure environments such as The Canberra Hospital, the Australian National University and the Department of Parliamentary Services at the Australian Parliament House.
Ben’s analytical, structured approach to managing projects has been very successful for our clients, and has been recognised within industry being awarded ACT Building Professional of the Year award at the 2020 AIB Awards and a Professional Excellence award at both the Master Builders Association 2020 awards: AIB High Commendation and People Choice award 2022 for works at Clare Holland House.
